A CIRCUS CAN DO IT BETTER!

FNB!! WHAT CIRCUS ARE YOU RUNNING?? I receive an email that makes no sense stating deadline about my tax free account the deadline the 11th of Feb. I email them back with queries because I did not understand, I get a response @ 10PM!!!!! 2 hours before the deadline. I call the office to ask about the situation. I get transferred and answered but all I hear on the other end is FNB staff laughing and gossiping.
