A Case of Negligence

It's been 2 months if not more fighting with FNB regarding toll gates transactions that are happening on my account which I know nothing about. The last call I received from ***** department I spoke to James Seretse reference ***NF I was assured that these transactions will no longer happen as they have completely flatten the card which it was a BIG FAT LIE again as I received another batch of these transactions this morning. You guys failed to answer my questions about why was the reported and cancelled card not delinked. YOU HAVE FAILED ME.
