a cancelled card is still used for transactions
I cancelled my cheque card immediately after it got swallowed by the ATM machine in Arcadia on the 18th September but to my surprise, the card is still being used to pay for tall gates, 3 up to so far, amounting to R142. the reference no for the call I made to cancel the card is Rh ********** 52912 . I even went to the Pretoria North Branch to complain and I filled a dispute form for the transactions made after the card was cancelled. now I do not feel that my money is safe in my account.
