A brilliant Manager brilliantly resolves a poor customer service complaint!

I would like to compliment Eric a Manager from the Golden Walk branch at Germiston. He impressively took control of a complaint I had against a lazy and arrogant FNB consultant, who provided me with poor customer service. The Manager effectively listened, asked the right questions, acknowledged my concern, empathised and provided a resolution. I left the branch happy and confident that FNB is committed to to providing Excellent customer services for everyone.
