a big inconvenience
i went to the southernwood branch on 17/07 for a release on fundsw from my incvestment as we have a family funeral. i was advise dthat it would take 48 working hoyurs for the funds to be released and what a lie, to date still no money. i am tired of calling and following up and being **** to. everytime i call someone will call me back. i want my money today!!! legal action to follow if i do not hear anything before lunch time today. we need the money for the funeral and this is huge inconvenince
