A big attitude problem for asking for help.

Hi, I received an sms on my phone as follows: FNB Miss _, payments are due from your cheque account (number) in 2 working day's time. Avoid extra fees by making sure there is enough money in your account. Call ***-FNB. I called the number then they transferred me to the credit team and I spoke to Yolanda which had an attitude, telling me that the sms is not from FNB and asking me which debit order or payment could be going out, if I knew I would not be calling. A few months ago I walked into the branch and asked to change payment deduction to a different date which has been happening up until today but the rep was shouting at me and talking over me which aggravated me even more. All I wanted was answers and if she couldn't help me to put me through to someone who can. They are going to charge me bank fees when this payments comes off on the 20th and that was what I was trying to avoid, She started arguing with me, clearly she does not know how to treat customers and has no communication skills. I spent 2 hours in the branch to ensure that no debit orders or payments gets deducted on the 20th,I get paid on the 26th now. I don't see why I now have to incur costs when I called.
