A bank without service

What on earth is going on at First National Bank???? This bank, my bank, is supposed to be the top rated customer service bank in SA. Well is what i am experiencing is top customer service then we are in serious trouble. And they call it Private Wealth premium banking. What a joke. Maybe its time to move banks after 25 years???
