A bank with unprofessional staff at Cresta mall and no assistance to customers

Horrible experience at both Northgate branch as well as Cresta mall in Johannesburg Gauteng, today at exactly 14:37 I went to Cresta mall and was assigned by table number 9 it was a man assisting me my ticket was 150, I simply asked him why do I have an over draft when I never asked for one and also why are my debit orders going off still when the account is on a minus in November I went to Melrosearch mall and requested for a over draft I was declined immediately and then I got a personal loan worth the amount of R1000 now this week my account is on a minus but my debit orders are going through as well as my card is able to swipe at shops when the card has insufficient funds I did not re request for a over draft which is a big problem for me can you put a stop to this over draft if there is no money in my account let it decline stop giving people over drafts they didn’t ask for as well as hiring unhelpful tellers number 9 at Cresta Mall was rude the man did not allow me to explain my self neither did he assist me in anyway i will definitely be moving to another bank and will not be a customer of FNB cause it is a horrible bank, my other issue is I was retrenched end of December I need assistance regarding my personal loan of R32000.00 I sent documents to claims and I have not been contacted it’s over two weeks now and I cannot afford the amount of R1300 monthly my loan is older than 6 months because I had other loans prior to the latest loan so why is that not taken into consideration.
