A Bank with no loyalty and stupid staff with absolutely no brains

I made a review to FNB as to why they can't open a credit card account for me. They called me 5 times and said that an offer that was made to me by them to get a discount to cancel my debt was the reason I couldn't get a credit card. But they made me that offer I did not ask for it. So I asked them what can I do to remedy the situation all they told me is there is nothing they can do. I repeatedly asked what can I do and the lady like a stupid robot said sorry we can't help you are they that dumb as to not even give me a solution. Pathetic useless bank.
