A Bank that Lies

I am highly disgusted with FNB Homeloans, The interest rate that was proposed to me before I signed the contract with them was extremely high and I initially refused to sign.<br> The Consultant that assisted me (Thabang Tshabalala) promised me that the only reason that this is High is because this is a Building Loan and as soon as the Building was completed the Interest rate will be reduced.<br> As soon as my Building was complete I contacted FNB (Palesa Lupuwana) to reduce my rate which she did for one month...a month later FNB moved it back up to the original rate and advised me that I had to wait 6 months before my interest rate could be dropped. <br> I gave them the benefit of the doubt and patiently waited for 6 months.<br> 6 month later and they now tell me that my current rate was agreed to for the full term of the Loan and will not be reduced. This is terrible service and I cannot continue dealing with a Bank that Lies. I have been a loyal client of FNB's for over 15 years but I honestly feel that the time has come to move everything over to a different Bank.
