A Bank that is Sucking Blood Out of Me

I am a Private Wealth Account holder that is being charged 26% Interest on a loan and when I queried the interest rate they arrogantly refused to review it. I subsequently requested them to take money from my OWN Savings and Settle the Ridiculously High Interest loan and they showed me the birds. Now they are keeping and making money on my Savings money AND making 26% interest earnings on me from the small loan I have with them.
