A bank that is full of promises and no action.

It has been challenging to obtain assistance despite the stated commitment to customer service. After several days attempting to secure a rerate on a credit card facility and submitting a request to close the account, I have not received the needed support, even after escalating the matter to private bankers. My request to close the account remains unresolved, which is disappointing given my expectations for service. I would appreciate it if the closure of my account could be processed promptly.
