A bank that does not care for its customers
FNB charges never add up an they always have excuses to why an account is at a high amount of nagetive balance also they put you at a high negative amount that does not cover the debt they charge 700 in bounced debit odder an that does not cover the debt when it's debited.I was given a Reference number after lodging a complaint about this 4 days ago an it's still not attended to.I love FNB but cannot take this any more

22 Mar 2023, 18:53It's dayb3 since I lodged a complaint actually there is another before thus one yet no one cares to call I get constant massages that I will be attended to,why would it be important for you to call anyway its not their financial stress we are talking about here.I am sick of FNB
