AAmprove your service
So my cheque card has expired, fnb gardens just decided to create a new one and sent it to their branch. They did not even bother to call me to confirm if I would be comfortable to pick up the card there or at a different branch. I get to their branch today after making an effort to drive 50km and I am told they want copy of residence, which I did not have. Tried to email it to them but they would not agree. This day and age who still chops down paper? Walk into other branches and u don't struggle like this. They can keep the damn card, will definately be changing branches, u ask for a manager and u get told the manager is not available. They really suck and they belong in stone age.
