A 10 onion award for FNB

FNB have been aggressively pushing their virtual credit card, which seems like a great idea... until you try it. Only about half of the places I have tried to use the card online have accepted it. The other half don't accept the transaction and I have to go back and re-enter the details from my good old physical plastic. This is the case even after FNB recently touted using the virtual card for online subscriptions.

I tried finding out what is going on from the online secure chat "service" this morning, which I can only access from my FNB app because they don't allow me to chat from my laptop even if I am logged into the online platform. I was 26th in the queue, which is fine. But after keeping me waiting for 17 minutes, they terminated the chat after 5 minutes. What do they think - I am sitting waiting with phone in hand for them to respond?
