90 Minuet entrance for everyone????

I have arrived in JHB after my flight from LHR, so as you can imagine I am extremely tired. How ever I have a 5 hour wait for my connecting flight to Durban.<br> I went to use the SLOW Lounge benefit I receive being a Platinum Account holder. I have been refused entry, the lounge is almost empty, but I was still told that FNB have change the rules, stating that entry is only granted 90 minuets before boarding, and that this change took effect on 1st July. <br> I was never informed of this change and personally find it very poor indeed. I think passengers/customers that are in transit have no choice to be in the Airport for a long period of time, an thus should be aloud to make use of the lounge. I am sure you have had many passengers take advantage of the facilities by arriving extra early before there flight, this I understand is taking advantage, however those of us that have no choice to be here now have to suffer because of the rule change. <br> I strongly advise that you need to consider the passengers who are in transit. Perhaps asking for previous flight boarding pass to prove they are in transit?
