FNB seems to have a huge communication problem, especially on secure chat. Agents advise you that they are reviewing your messages, which they never do,but still make us wait,cause if they did we would not have to keep repeat ourselves. The ***** department has rude agents who dont give you any sort of information, i made 2 payments to what i thought was a legit store only to find out it wasn't, called the ***** department, the agent who was clueless and seemed to be tired, or busy other stuff instead of focusing on the client. He just said he is going to block the card,which they did. They next day i go to the branch for a temporary card and ordered a new card. I was given incorrect info by the branch/secure chat agent regarding the delivery of the card. Since i was relocating from jhb to dbn i requested for my card to be delivered to my home address in dbn, only to receive a sms at 17:19pm that my card is at the branch in jhb,but the branch closes at 16:00pm. So i was unable to pick up the card if it was there, which it was not supposed to be as i requested for it to be delivered to dbn with confirmation of that. Its a week later, i have not received my card and FNB has done nothing about the R1700 that was paid to this *****ulent store. They were not even able to give any information on this account that it was paid to neither did they try and recover this money from them as they know who it was paid to but did nothing to protect their clients from this. How safe is our money with FNB..??? They ***** department serms to be very useless,which ****mers probably know and use that to their advantage. They dont seems to appreciate their clients. I personally dont trust FNB anymore, they have not given me any reason to, and their feaud departments tone is extremely unprofessional.
