Why is there a R150 delivery charge on my business account, when I have not had anything delivered from FNB for my business? The bank charged me for card delivery at the beginning of the year. I had to chase for the card to be delivered months later. They charged me again for delivery and I complained because they never delivered in the first instance. Now, there is another R150 delivery fee attributed to my business account, when nothing has been delivered to me. This is *****ulent activity from the bank itself on my account.
