I don't understand this,after paying some of my debt in full and paying all arrears on my accounts plus made an agreement with them to pay my other two accounts at the scheduled times ( which i do promptly) they still deduct my account causing it to be in a minus. They deduct my account but in the one hand lawyers are phoning. They send messages that the monies that i pay will be returned YET i see nothing in my account. They call me early mornings but when i pickup they hangup, I'm really gatvol of this people honestly. Is there someone that read this and inform me what steps i can take against this ****s please.
