I have been up and down trying to get funds reversed. The funds were paid from capitec into a closed(dormant) account at FNB. At first i was assured that the funds will be automatically reversed. Now im being told to visit my capitec branch to assist me. FNB is sooooooooo confusing....................what on earth should i do now? R1500 is alot of money to be lost just like that???????????????????
