8 Years and problem still not resolved

My Discovery card was converted to a FNB loan ?? By FNB ? It is still incurring interest monthly and despite several attempts over the past 8 years it is still linked to my banking profile. I was sequestrated in 2007 and this was included in the total claim. Have forwarded documents to FNB Legal - no response. Called FNB Legal when they were still answering their phones - no response. Have forwarded proof to MBD - no response.<br> How do I get this resolved??
