8 high priority reference numbers and still no resolution

Absolutely pathetic. I have logged 19 complaints, made countless calls, sent almost 40 emails and requested assistance both in app and via Facebook messenger. RB and FNB does NOT care about their customers! I have 8 supposed high priority case reference numbers. Still nothing. Never bank with fnb and as soon as I can get access to my accounts I'll move to a bank that does value their customers. And no one at fnb has the ***** to pick the phone up and call me. Too scared case reference numbers ***, 285988, *** and all the others prove the incompetence???
