8 days turnaround for an Interim Bank Statement

I need Verified Interim Bank Statements. I went online but do not have the option for Verified Interim Bank Statements, only unverified.

So I went ahead onto secure chat, and asked them there, They just logged a case and said the turnaround is 8 days. That is unfortunately way too late for such a simple task, as I would lose the opportunity to secure finance for what I need it for.

I might just go into the bank and stand in a queue. Innovation and Customer Service is definitely on the lower end.
