8 Days - still waiting to be helped

8 days ago (19/9) Online Banking stopped recognising my Admninistators Trusted Profile and she could not log in

She contacted the help line and we were advised to load a new trusted profile. We did this twice on 20/9 - neither of which shows on her profile. (this can be seen - traced - by FNB)

We were then told to fill in a form to apply for FNB to add a new trusted profile for her. Form sent on 22/9 08h30.

at 11h00 she conatacted the helpline and was told an email had been sent to my email - the email said to fill in the same form (so I resent the form ... twice. (No-one contacted me, despite me making sure that FNB had my cell number correct) At 14h30 I phoned the number at the bottom of the email - no response.

On Tuesday we again called the help line and was told that a manager would call me back. Now, 30 hours later, I am still waiting.

Today we resent the email (twice - the second time to a dedicated email address). No respononse.

at 13h00 we phoned again and having held on for the umpteenth time, were told that a manager would contact me.

3 hours later (actually 140 hours later) NOTHING.

What does one have to do to get help. Helpdesks, Twitter ... all result in EXACTLY THE SAME THING ...

NOTHING. (But we keep paying our bank charges ...)
