8 Days Later and Still No Solution

On 5 June 2015 I did a cashback withdrawal at Checkers in Durban. The Speedpoint declined the amount but the amount was deducted from my banking account. I went directly to FNB (Beach Branch) and filled a disputes form stating the issue. They said the problem would be rectified in 3-5 working days. It is now 17 June 2015 and no solution has been found. Disputes department says they never received the documents I filled out on 5 June 2015 but I have the proof that it was sent but no reference number was given as the consultant said their fax machines don't do that for them. On 13 June I went and re-did the forms and sent them again. It was now received but it is 8 days later. 3 days over the 5 day limit. It is not my problem that their technology didn't work properly. I am about to lose my job as I can't provide a R200 float at work and thus they do not let me work. I need this resolved ASAP to keep my job.
