8 DAYS AND STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBACK

I have written a few reports on this platform and contacted my useless private banker, Shihaam Gierdhan, a few times. My COVID loan has been deducted twice this month without prior warning. I want to know why and when this will be refunded.

I also want to know what is going on there. It seems like FNB is falling apart. You CEO is involved in *******ion and it seems like that filters down to all your employees.

When will I stop receiving messages with high priority claims and actually receive valid feedback?
