8 DAYS, 8 CALLS, 5 MAILS, 2 BRANCH VISTIS - NO ANSWER

I want to OPEN A PAYPAL ACCOUNT with FNB, and I want to know if I can? YES or NO. Since 23 March I called 8 times, sent 5 mails, visited the branch 2 times. I was sequestrated in 2013, and all I need to know is CAN I OPEN A PAYPAL ACCOUNT? YES or NO. Someone called me today and said my debit balance will be cleared in 2013, but she did not answer my question: CAN I OPEN A PAYPAL ACCOUNT? YES or NO The local branch called me an hour later saying they spoke to someone who said YES I CAN! Can someone please mail me an answer to my question so I can have a written reply from FNB?
