8 credit enquiries in 1 month for 1 bond

FNB made 8 separate credit enquiries against me in the same month for a single bond application. The bond was granted and then rejected 3 weeks later. I'm now subjected to increased interest rates since my credit score has dropped.

FNB has failed to give me any actionable information and It has costed me R55k of which the transfer attorneys are willing to refund me for only R5500. FNB made a mistake and it has costed me money, they think that ignoring me will resolve the problem.

My lawyer has advised me to go directly to the ombud as well as sue the real estate agency and the seller for my damages.

This is my 4th bond with FNB, you'd think you'd get a better level of service.
