8 attempts to open the \wrong"account"""

We tried repeatedly to open a new account for our son who recently turned 18. Yes at least 8 trips. The two biggest points of frustration are as follows. there is no check list of what is needed to open an account, hence the repeated trips depending on the consultant and now in hindsight the type of account being opened. Secondly, it is simply assumed that since our son is a student that this is the \best"account for him. When were questions going to be asked and advice be offered? To top it off I lodged a complaint on FNB's incontact site to receive a missed call from my branch. One attempt to contact a disgruntled customer? The online form didn't allow me to properly explain the nature of the complaint. I am appalled!!"""
