7th review. 4 weeks. 6 months. Nothing. No help

7th review. Not a single person called or action taken in 4 weeks. This with promises of 24 hour assistance. 6 months on our cases. We won chargeback cases in September already with a 24 hour promise of credit. 24 hours that is now 3 months. I promise people that there is NO ONE that actually works at this bank. They do not give a hoot about service customer care or giving any answers. Literally gone through every single department on record with this pathetic bank. Yet not a SINGLE one can assist or even answer. Absolute sham that this bank can just continue in business, a once good bank completely destroyed. In branch, online, emails, hello peter reviews, newspaper complaints, nothing works.
