760/H78/12/2023- Unacceptable service from Bond Attorneys

The appointed Bond attorneys is providing extremely bad service. Received only one automated email from them. After I had to follow up to initiate the whole process. Zero communication on what the progress is. Not replying to emails after a complete day has gone by.

Can FNB instruct them to do better, they are getting paid for a service but offer nothing in return. Please select competent Attorneys to perform Bond transactions.
