70 days later - Still no acc - No comms - No Hope

I app**** for a business account via FNB online system on 2015/03/14, received mail asking for my business docs whiich I sent the same day. <br> <br> Three days later (2015/03/17) I received another mail asking for my ID and proof of address which I sent two days later on the 19th Of May.<br> <br> 19 March 2015 I receive an email from FNB promising to contact me within 3 days. \then they go ****"<br> Please also note that the number was in the signature on every mail I sent.<br> <br> 5 days later I escalated"
