7 Months Without Business Cards – FNB’s “Private Wealth” Service is a Joke

My wife and I have run a successful business since 2018, and I’m supposedly a Private Wealth client at FNB. Yet for the last 7 months, we’ve been unable to use our business credit cards, and FNB has not been able to resolve it.

In December 2024, we had to cancel our card due to *****. Since then, we’ve been issued new cards that don’t work, and despite countless calls and emails, no one at FNB can give us a straight answer or a solution. On top of that, I app**** for my own business credit card in January 2025, and 7 months later, nothing.

As it stands, our business has no working cards, my wife’s personal debit card also doesn’t work, and I’m forced to use my personal credit card to keep our operations going. The amount of time we’ve wasted being sent from one person to another, constantly re-explaining ourselves, is beyond ridiculous.

This is NOT the level of service you expect from any bank, let alone one claiming to cater to “Private Wealth” clients. Absolutely unacceptable.

If anyone reading this can recommend a bank that actually provides professional, reliable private and business banking, please let us know. We’re ready to move!
