7 months paid-up, 4 requests for ITC update and still waiting

I have paid up my personal loan 7 months ago. I keep calling to request for them to update on ITC. On 3 occasions I was told to wait 30 days for update, nothing happened. And in April was told to wait 7 days... still nothing has been updated. I cannot be requesting the same thing every month to no avail. Please assist it cant take 8 months to update.
