7 Day Deposit withdrawal cancelled but not by me

I withdrew R600 from my 7 day deposit on 23 December 2019 and the app said I would get it on the 30th December 2019 but when I logged in today there was nothing pending on withdrawals , I did not delete the request , who cancelled the withdrawal FNB??? Now I have to wait 7 more days and I need the money urgently mxm
