I have I have made an insurance claim from FNB insurance I sent through my ID copy ,letter of retrenchment and then they called and requested me to send my u-19 which I did now I am receiving an update ,they are telling me they want proof that I was not earning I have an account with them why can't you access the account and see the last transaction,my statement shows the last payment that was made so what is the letter for ?I was paying insurance so why run around the bush I am really annoyed and not happy with their service when they were making deduction of the insurance it was good but when it comes to claiming it's a problem with lame excuses telling me you want a letter from my employer I have already given them letter of retrenchment they must communicate with them to confirm I can't do their work for them and I am surely going to close my account with them what does other earning supposed to do with the claim when there's a a proof from the employer stating that I having been retrenched i just need me my contributions that is all.Because this has been dragging so long I have sent an email last year it's only been attended now and it's messing up my credit
