6 WEEKS AGAIN NO SOLUTION

the first review I wrote was on the 4th of June 2023 about the wrong update on my report. I was promised by Mavis Mashele and Rahul Singh that it will take up to six weeks for the problem to be solved.

Seven weeks later the problem is not solved and no communication or update on why there is no update.? The only time I get a response from FNB is if I inquire through Hello Peter. I already know by now I will get yet another reference number and and empty promises that it will be solved soon it will come with a caption: "DEAR VALUED CUSTOMER."

When will the false missed payment and the right update done on my credit report FNB?
