6 Months Blocked losing my income

My account has been blocked since February due to something I had no control over, this has blocked my FNB Connect cellphone line which has prohibited me from working on that line and this is my business line, my sales has dropped tremendously causing my income to drop because I had that number listed on all my adverts, social media pages and business pages. I did nothing wrong yet FNB hasn't given me any feedback on how far this issue is or when it will be resolved it's 6 months later!
