6 months and my ewallet is still blocked

my ewallet services was blocked in March 2022, i went into the SandtonCity branch to enquire they confirmed its blocked and they called the ***** department from the branch and was advised that the person who blocked the account from fnb was Ezra Laurine, but no contact was made to after several telephonic and email attempts, i than asked for the email address and also sent an email from myside with no success. Its almost Novemeber and this matter has not been resolved, i have funds that i cannot access and this is causing a lot of other problems as the funds are there but i cant access it. i having been running up and down and making 100s of calls and no one seems to be assisting.
