6 months and counting and still no bank account

My directors and I have been trying since April 2015 to open a bank account with FNB business banking. After submitting the necessary documentation more than 3 times via email and daily escalations we were assured the original documentation needed to successfully open the bank account by close of business today would be collected from me by 13:00 today. Oh guess what I still have the documents and still no open bank account.... Pity another small business has to close because the big companies just don't care.....
