6 months and counting, 3 posts on this platform and still no resolution. What a joke

My third post on this platform and over 6 months. Still no resolution despite responses that this is high priority and will be resolved. What a joke FNB, the virtual card pin issue is still not resolved. Thank you for the **** service, I will now close all my accounts and move to a bank who takes their customers seriously. And please don't provide your generic response on this platform with further lies.
