6 Days later account still not closed !!!!!!

Posted on 26 October regarding account closure. Was contacted and had to send my ID, signed and dated in order for my request to be processed. 6 days later still waiting. All emails are ignored as well as all replies on my original post. Really disgusted in the service of FNB.
