6 days for a reversal??

A 2-3 day ewalet resversal is now taking up to 6 working days according to their consultants as they have a backlog... a service I am getting charged for. The decency to notify or SMS zero. I requested the reversal on Sunday. Called monday for an update and was advised that they dont count sundays only working days. Understandable. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday still no refund. 3 Working days later! 1st consultant I called told me that their general time frame for reversals is 4 days... not what I had been told when I requested the reversal then the phone went dead or she hung up on me not sure... Next consultant kind enough to say they are having problems - however, over the 3 days ive waited, now another 3 working days will be added meaning I will only get the refund (which Im paying for) after 6 days???
