6 Days and Counting – Bank Error Stopping My Business

Six days ago, my account was wrongly charged a fee that pushed it into a negative balance. Since then, I haven’t been able to use my account, and my business has been severely affected(not operational since last week Thursdays)

This is unacceptable. I need this issue resolved immediately and the incorrect charge reversed without further delay. You are Costing My Business Time and Money.
