5x Still dont have a savings account!

Why is so hard to open a simple and stupid savings account with you? I went to Strand FNB Branch and said this what I have and showed them everything I have on me! Showed them and they said to me my proof of address wrong because its not a statement. Send me home! I had to walk 2km back home and 2km FNB again. When i get there they said my proof of address is not in my name I need to fill form in for person who house it is. Send me back home again. (4km) I came back and this time it was my fault since there was numbers missing on the ID part(4km) back home again to change it. Get back to FnB again. Now they state i went over one number 2x with a pen and its to dark. Rejected again! This time called manager! After waiting for while because she on launch in back eating don't care what going on the floor! Then she said no we will open the account bud i need refill form again. This is now after argue with her why all this nonsense! K finally she said she will open account for me and then i asked again if all is ok with documentations etc i have on me. NOW they tell me no we cant open the account because driver license will not do! I showed them from the start when i enter FNB what i have on me. After so many times walking back home not one village idiot that works at FNB branch can tell me they cant even open account because i have a Driver license. Why in this world you have so many unqualified personal that works at one branch! The manager more to blame because she never even around in that place to look and make sure branch running right! Then i had to hear from other people they have issues also with manager! *** are you people doing at a branch? Why must i be one going up and down just to open simple account where all need to do is give me piece of paper state that this is what i need and this is what you cant use! Why is it so hard for you ? Any personal made matrix even?
