I reported 2 ***** cases on my bank account, up till now I did not receive any correspondence from them and if you phone you hold on for ages just to put the phone down and start a secure chat where you wait for ages to respond. It seems to me the problems are inside the bank. All of a sudden it's one ***** on another. I'm on the point to change my bank. They also took double the money for a bank card after only receiving 1 bank card. I think cash are beter than the bank because you will have control over your own money without anyone steel from you or bank charges charges without any service.
