Card Dispute Ref:***: They called on 05/04/24 they said they would refund me my money even today nothing has been refunded and I got an email again from Card dispute on 24/04/24 that they will refund me within 24 hours still nothing when I asked them about it they come back asking for my communication for the 4th time with merchant. what **** is this?

SHORT-TERM INSURANCE INS_P***- they debited my account unauthorized and they called me today saying they will process a refund I'm still awaiting a refund

CARD ***** - CASE Case *** I have logged on to the transaction done on 08/04/24 R421 still waiting for feedback from Card *****

this is absurd now can this be resolved or I'm taking legal action against FNB
