55 Campground - ATM not working 2 1/2 weeks

On 21 May the ATM at 55 Campground rd, Rondebosch swallowed my card. The ATM appears to be working with the screen saying "Please insert your card". Nothing works beyond this and you cannot get your card back and hence have to cancel it. Despite this being reported it has just happened again at 11:00 on 01 June - that's two and half weeks and 2 cards cancelled. Surely you can do better FNB?
