500 ON CHARGES

Its been 2 days now talking to RBJacobs, taking forever to answer and yeah the arrogance in the responses. i'm not really getting any help or resolution. Saturday night my account was charged 500 and i need and explanation, a thorough breakdown on what all the charges for? I was charged as follows: R221 Bank your ch (whats this?) R50.10 for service fees (whats this?) R58.90 Non FNB ATM withdrawals R57.30 Value added (whats this?) R109 Monthly account fees

care to give breakdown on what all these are for? and whats counted on 109 monthly account fees if i'm still being charged service fee?

I JOINED FNB LAST YEAR NOV, I DON'T EVEN HAVE A YEAR WITH YOU GUYS BUT I AM ALREADY APPALLED BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICES WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.
