5 weeks later and still no resolution

<p>Reviewed the bad service from Fnb at the beginning of June, downgraded from Private Wealth to Private Client especially because I am paying the price, monthly, for extremely bad service. When I downgaded, I was told and that my interest rate on my credit would not change. It was then increased to 20.5 % Instead of staying at 14%. I was chargeda credit card account fee of R149 and a credit card facility fee of R11 and charged 20.5. % for June although I have the bundled option and am not supposed to be charged an account or facility fee. Since then, it was confirmed that my interest was not to be changed and has gone back to 14%, but ive queried the these charges and interest charged at 20.5% 3 times already. The only answer I get is that my query has been excalated to the appropriate departments. Its going on for 6 weeks now, Fnb is definitely not the bank to hold a private wealth or private client account with for the type of service.</p>
